The history began about 50 years ago, when Dante Paglierani with his parents Emma and Lazaro, his sons Maurizio and Massimo and his wife Silvana, began to manage for the first time the Paglierani Hotel.
Dividing among themselves the various hotel jobs, they began to accommodate, entertain and pamper guests coming from Italy and from all over Europe. Silvana personally managed the kitchen, making the hotel guests taste the typical dishes and delicacies of Romagna.
In 1982 the Paglierani family decided to make the first renovation of the hotel, which helped to achieve a greater consensus among the hotel guests. Maurizio was then aware of wanting to follow his father’s footsteps.
In 2014, with great entrepreneurial spirit, Maurizio decided a second hotel renovation. He replaced his father in the family tradition and today manages the hotel, guaranteeing his guests the true tradition and hospitality of Romagna.
